Most items ship within 1 to 4 weeks. We are aware that once you have placed an order, you are excited/anxious to receive it. All our artists do their best to ship as quickly as possible. Many of our items are custom-made per order and therefore may require more time. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding that such fine works of art take time to create, and we know that the wait will truly be well worth the wait.

Shipping is paid by the buyer on most items and are not refundable. Damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of shipping. There maybe restocking fee's on some items.

Concerning Size and Color:
Some of our items are hand-made pottery/stoneware and as such each piece is an original work of art; no two pieces are exactly alike. Likewise, the kiln's firing process may produce variations in size and color. We cannot guarantee sizes. Therefore, the measurements shown are approximated based on average sizes. We would like to assure you that these measurements are always very close, and in many cases are larger than stated.
